    Yesterday I bought a 3 month gold membership and agter I redeemed my code my xbox doesn't load the marketplace , when I go to account manager it doesn't load your memberhip and when I go to my download history it says content not available. It keeps showing
    this status code: 80153003... I forgot to say that I am avle to play online and conmect to xbox live please help :S

    Games are missing

    Yes, it is. I installed Marketplace client many times according to all the rules. And all the time i see that the Marketplace client can't load the acquisitions journal.

    Some extra details: When I am at home I can watch videos but when I select a game that is advertised it shows me this error code: 8C23002 and wheni go to browse apps and for example youtube it shows me this error code:80004005

    Take a look at this page and specially to two subjects I'm curious about.

    In order:

    Solution 3 first. Can you run a connection test to see if everything is ok to start with.

    Then if solution 3 has succeed the test, go to Solution 1 to see if there is any old data on your hard disk. You can recognize those because they are appropriately marked yellow.

    These are it for now... BTW: your live status is silver. Is this the account you are talking about which you use now?

  9. I dont understand how I am silver I can play online and it shows me that I have 3 months gold! Maybe I could buy gold for another month to see if that works?

    No, you don't have to do that. If your account shows that you've 3 months gold let's assume that the redeeming went well. See if your status here on the forum has changed by tomorrow. If not, it could be that there is a problem with your account which should
    be looked at by support.

    Can you clarify that you connection test (the given Solution 3) was without any issues?

    has it ever been working correctly? According to this page about error 80004005 it says:

    "Your Internet connection type cannot provide access to the store. You Internet service provider (ISP) cannot provide access to the store. We are aware of this issue and working with the affected ISPs to resolve the problem."

    There are some solutions to work around that issue, but is there something different between when it had worked and now not? New modem perhaps from the provider or a new router in between? Or did you changed something during recent disturbances?

    BTW: In the meantime, You are gold now here also. ;-)

    It's exactly the same I haven't changed anything...well I don't know how its called but I'll gjve it a try...could it be because they are fixing something that has to do with the Internet? I think they are fixing some wires or slmething like that in my town...
