Can't load saved data

    Can't load saved data


    Installed COD:Advanced Warfare last night and then proceeded to play the campaign for maybe an hour. Turned on the XBOX ONE today in order to play again but when I launch the game, I get a message saying that my saved data can't be loaded. My only options
    are to not play the game or to play offline. My questions are:

    1) Why is this happening?

    2) What does it mean exactly? If I play through the campaign offline, are there any disadvantages beyond not having my save data in the cloud? I am only playing on my console, so I am not terribly concerned about that? I do want to be able to play online
    after I finish the campaign.

    3) Do I need to fix this and how?

    Saved Data Won't Load

    The game was not syncing when i performed the reset. I quitted out of my game before i did the reset.

    all my saved games on the usb won't come up when I load try to load on each of my games. it tell me there is no saved data and I would have to create new data !!! ugh!!!

    The Crew, Crashing when loading continued data

    Used to make it to loading saved data now I'm stuck at the main menu loading. BS at its finest and I just paid full price for something I can't play.

    Cloud Save

    Hi Kings,

    Thanks for coming to the forums. You can't load the save data from there. Important note " to do this suggestion you must be connected to the internet".

    When you select the save data select delete on console. This will force it to download from the cloud. If the game is at the beginning then your cloud save got saved over.

    SAVED DATA NOT LOADING

    sign out of your profile , then right back in , if that doesn't work , try this below.....

    go into settings and accounts and remove all the profiles , (make sure you have the email and password to get them back ) after you remove the profiles , shut the xbox down by holding the xbox logo on the console for 8 seconds till it powers down , while
    it is off , unplug your modem and router for 30 seconds to clear them also , plug the modem and router back up and when they are online , turn the xbox back on , when it is all the way up , re add your main profile ...it may sit there and sync a little while
    but all SHOULD be good afterwards ...

    My name is welcome to the community and Happy New Year.

    Hello Daniel, if you are playing in a new generation console, like Series S/X is try to remove games from quick resume, because when you will start some game that is very heavy in matter of memory for the console.

    And finally try to do a reset on the console while keeping games and Apps.

    The first is a clear cache

    1. Go to the Xbox press and hold the XBOX power button on the console for 10 seconds until it turns off

    2. Wait 10 seconds until it turns off

    3. Wait 1 minute with it off

    4. Turn it back on

    Xbox One reset keeping Games:

    Press the Xbox button to open the panel.

    Select system > Settings > System > Console Information

    Select Reset console.

    Restore and maintain my games and apps.

    Rest assured, you won't miss games or saves

    Note: You need to know the email and passwords of your accounts when performing this reset.
