Cant load profile or connect to live

Hi . My young lads xbox will not load any profile or connect to live .. It had been offline for a few weeks and last week i got him a new 1 year sub and all was well. this eve he turned it on and it is really really slow to do anything.. when i tried loading
his or my profile it just tries to connect for maybe 10 mins then fails. I ran a network test and it is connecting to the router and the internet but not to live . I tried booting without harddrive clearing cache ect but its still same ... any ideas?

Yes not working, looks like live is down. If you disconnect the net connection it'll let you load your profile on the One but you cannot connect to the Live servers.

Sorry to hear about this issue.

Could you try Deleting Your Profile (Profile ONLY, this will leave saved games and contents etc...) Once you have deleted
your profile, Clear System Cache 3 times Now,

Download Your Profile and try signing back in. I hope this works please post back letting us know if this resolve the issue.
