    i have been given the above status code and its driving me up the wall. my achievments are not saving my achievments do not even appear.



    i cant use xbox live features or anything, it says i dont have a storage device connected yet i can load and save files, anyone know how to fix this?

    yip getting the 0x0000000 error have idea why, says all services available but i cant load any game or app but im connected????

    Welcome to the community. How are you?

    Follow this step and try again, please.

    Clean your console's MAC

    Network Settings> Advanced Settings> MAC Address and Clear.

    If the problem persists reset the console to factory defaults, you won't lose anything but you will need to log in with your account again. Email and password are required.

    Follow this path and select reset keeping games and app.

    In 5 to 10 minutes you will finish reconfiguring your console

    To reset the console>

    Settings> System> Console Info> Reset Console

    ***Do not reset your console without having your email and password.***

    All mine load fine just keep getting connection errors but no codes just says cant connect, single player games are fine apart from rocket league that works fine offline and online for unknown reasons

    connect the drive to the xbox, hard restart the console (full shut off then on), once loaded back up go to settings, system then storage, you should have the option to format for game storage.
