Can't load into warframe

Every time I load up warframe the bar at the bottom says connecting.. After a while, it says "unable to connect" I have already done troubleshooting options and hard reset my Xbox too. What should I do ?

Hi,

It can be caused for problems to access needed ports.

Possible solution: try to open needed ports in your router or Internet Access point.

These ports must be open for Xbox Live to work:

Port 88 (UDP)
Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)
Port 53 (UDP and TCP)
Port 80 (TCP)
Port 500 (UDP)
Port 3544 (UDP)
Port 4500 (UDP)

Warframe can also use UDP ports 4950 and 4955 & the
TCP port range 6695 - 6699.

Note Some game developers require you to open additional ports. You should always check the game developer's website to see if the game you're playing needs additional ports to work. We've gathered some ports you might need
and have added them to the
Additional Network Ports for Multiplayer Gaming forum.

If you're connected to a network through your workplace or school, ask the network administrator to open these ports.

Warframe is glitches when logging in after a few attempts or trying later it should work, is it working now if not I can see what could be causing the issue.

I didn't see anything on True achievements about the achievement having issues.

I haven't played Warframe myself, but it's an MMO type game where you can't just delete or create a new save file?

Have you looked on the Warframe forums at all?

Thanks for updating us with your replies. Seems like you've tried a whole load of troubleshooting so far. Does this happen with your profile if you try to play Warframe from a different console or on a different connection, or only your console on your current
connection? If you're able to access Warframe on a different connection (different IP) then this may mean that the DE may have IP banned you, which usually lasts about a week.

You may want to look a bit further into this over at the Warframe Forums or the Warframe threads over on reddit. Seems like other Tenno have had the same or similar experiences and may be able to offer you further assistance or fixes in relation to this.

Can't say anything about Warframe but if you are requesting a refund on an item you will need to contact phone support for your region.
