Cant load into my game, keeps crashing.

Hey ive been have trouble loading into ghost recon breakpoint, i received recently update 2.1.0 and since the update my game gets to the loading screen and crashes instanly, i have troubleshooted. Didnt work, i restart my console a bunch of times and it
got further into the loading screen before it

crashed again. Im really annoyed by this because i paid over $100 for the game can i get help?

Hello!

Here is what i think you should do hover over the game > click the pause button > click Manage Games & add-ons > go to Saved Data > then click pause again with the file that has your Gamertag > delete the file (This will not harm game )

Then you should be able to play the game.

If it still does not work please contact https://support.xbox.com/

My only other suggestion is to check for updates or uninstall then reinstall the game.

it is currently very hard to contact xbox support about anything as there are so many fillters to navigate through to actually get any one to one help .

where is the customer support number for xbox users ? why do we have to go through the website for help ?

done this already. and now the xbox support website wont let me request a call as it keeps saying connection failed when i try to request one after going through multiple other pages of unhelpful information.
