    Is this happening with just one game or with every game you're trying to play?

    Let's try to power cycle your console:
    - Hold the power button on the front of the console for 10 seconds until it completely powers off;
    - Remove all the cables/cords from it;
    - Wait 5 minutes, plug in all the cables/cords again and press the power button to turn it back on.

    If this doesn't solve your problem, please let me know and we'll proceed to further troubleshooting.
