    Hi, hoping someone can help..

    My partner was playing cod friday just gone and it was working perfectly fine and when he tried to play the game the following morning it wont let him load into the game… this is what its coming up with hes tried everything and still not working

    Are other games working or is it just this one? Have you rebooted your console, modem, router, etc.?

    Xbox One refusing to connect to network

    This afternoon I was asked to update COD Advanced Warfare, after the update downloaded successfully the game itself froze. all other aspects of the unit are functioning properly but I just cant load the game. Is anyone else experiencing a similar problem?,
