can't load games, says syncing data for a minute and a half then tells me error code 0x80832003

I tried what you said and it let me log in but that could be a fluke. When I load the game on my main internet, the games frame rate drops hard BUT I was able to log in this time so this seems tough to gauge weather or not this is working since I mentioned it being spotty in the first place. Could it be my internet?

Note: I've spoken with my internet company and they haven't reported outages or anything so maybe I need a new router or something?

my apologies for not mentioning this as well but I have done this and it does temporarily work to let me log in, but I keep running back into the "syncing data" problem 98% of the time. am I going to have to keep doing this every day to log in? or can it be something else?

did that just now and after getting everything set up, STILL ran into 'syncing data' for it to tell me there may be a service outage. so what else could I do?

So after calling my internet company, they said they can't do anything with ports. I even scheduled an appointment having a guy come and replace my router and modem who JUST left and told me 2 things we thought it might have been which was a faulty power strip (because the light was flickering from what might have been a loose plug so he pinched the prongs and fixed it) or the splitter that was connected outside looked like someone replaced it with a old radio shack splitter. Anyways, after all that and connecting my refreshed internet, I loaded ESO and was greeted with the same Syncing Data message followed by the same possible service outage message. I'm uninstalling ESO then reinstalling (I don't know what else to do) to see if that works, but if it doesn't, what could it possibly be? Feels like I'm jumping through all kinds of hoops over this lol. Could my power brick shorting have possibly messed with the xbox in a way that would make it act like this or is there ANY other possibility? Will I have to replace my xbox or do a full factory reset on it?

This may be because your ISP is limiting or blocking the ports that Live needs to function properly. I recommend calling your ISP and asking to open these ports.

Port 88 (UDP)
Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)
Port 53 (UDP and TCP)
Port 80 (TCP)
Port 500 (UDP)
Port 3544 (UDP)
Port 4500 (UDP)

Also ask to put the IP of the console in the DMZ zone, if you need additional ports this function will take care of that.
