Can't load games or manage games + error 0X8027025a

Started when I tried playing a digital version of far cry 4. Got stuck on the screen saying it was setting up my profile, which i see is a common problem. Did a hard manual reboot and unplugged my cords. Still didn't work.

Then tried starting up nba 2k, and got the error code. also tried fallout 4 which also crashed and gave me the same error code.

I tried clicking on the manage game' option to see if I could clear some stuff out but it takes me to a screen with 0 information. It's as if the Xbox can't find my stored data for any game.

i also notice that my xbox is running very slow by this point for everything. Settings and apps take forever to start, and sometimes crash.

My next option is to try to do the offline diagnostic but I need a large enough usb first. I'm using the original xbox one. Attached images to show you what I'm running into.

My fortnight game won't load

Keep getting the error code 0x8027025a it's the only game that does this and I've tried all the different steps they suggest and still the same issue

 

Frozen screen and unable to load games

Games won't load and screen remains frozen when disc is inserted and error message appears saying game taken too long to start 0x8027025a

 

I realize this is probably happening due to the update. my console does auto updates so i checked the update log, and it last did it sunday morning around 2 am. from the look of the interface, it looks like it is indeed the summer update

 

Hey there David Xing,

Are you using an external hard drive with the console or just the internal drive? If you're using an external, try disconnecting it and installing a game to the internal and see if that helps out.

I have tried loading games both on the internal hard drive and external.

I've disconnected my hard drive and tried to load games that are stored internally and this hasn't fixed it.

Thanks for the additional information. At this point, I would recommend you attempt to

Factory Restore your Xbox One console. I know it's a less than desirable option but it can help with issues such as these.
