    Can’t Load Games Onto Console


    When I try to load a game with my Xbox One X connected to the Internet, it takes forever to load the game. I was told that I can go off-line and load games from the disc much quicker. So I disconnect on my Xbox from my network and now the game doesn’t
    load from the disc at all. Is it something I am doing wrong or is my Xbox defective?

    try to power cycle your console. Please hold down the power button on the front of the console for approximately 15 seconds until the power light shuts off. Wait about 60 seconds, then power it back on. Be sure you see the green "XBOX ONE" animation loading
    screen when you power it back up. then check the games

    Xbox hasn’t been working for over 2 weeks

    No setting have been changed. Not even game and app thumbnails load. Home screen back ground doesn’t load. I can’t even go onto my own profile.

    The only thing i can do is play some games and talk to friends through game chat.
