Cant load game

Discus and support Cant load game in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have been playing this for ever. now tonite it says I cant access it with error code 0X803F8001..     I have been playing this for ever. now tonite it says I cant access it with error code 0X803F8001.. Do I have to reload it and if I do will I lose all the puzzles I have purchased?

    Xbox game pass

    No games work. Cities wont load and i downloaded human fall flat and it cant load or when you select in store it cant be located.

    I'm getting the same thing. I even uninstalled and tried to reinstall. Still getting the same code. It won't download. It seems to hang up when it is checking the license. I'm not sure how to get help.

    I was getting the same error - the program came up for me today and all my puzzles and collections are gone.... Cant load game :(
