Can’t load anything

Please try and
Power Cycle your Xbox One and then give it another try, refreshing the console helps resolve many of these issues.

If the issue persists then I would advise that you
Reset your console and Keep Games and Apps. Make sure that you have your account information (email & password) for your account and any other account on your console as It will remove all accounts and you will be required to sign back in.

Give this a try and let us know if it has helped.

Hey, so i tried everything to update the controllers but when i got through settings > system > devices and streaming > accessories.

When i get there it never loads anything and is the infinite loading loop and I can’t find anything as to why that would be

I can’t do anything directly inside the app because it keeps on crashing right as it’s on the loading screen!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

The only thing I’m having issues with with is signing into enforcement site but I’m not banned or anything I was wanting to look at my reputation but can’t sign into the site it loads then eventually goes back without signing me in would these enforcement site issues be the reason I can’t sign into the site?

So I can’t get my gift card back or anything that was $25 stolen from me for Xbox gift card is there any way y’all can find out what Xbox it was loaded to
