    Can't load any worlds in Minecraft Xbox One Bedrock Edition


    This started a couple weeks ago. I can open Minecraft and hit play, then it shows a list of worlds. But when I try to open any of them, it looks like it's trying to sync up and load but then freezes and kicks me out to the main Xbox One dashboard.

    It does the same thing for all of my kid's accounts, and on three different consoles. We've tried restarting the game, restarting the Xbox, hard powering the Xbox, uninstalling and reinstalling Minecraft to both the external and internal hard drives, and
    tried deleting game save data locally. None of that has made a difference. No other games are having issues.

    According to the update message when the game loads on at least one of the Xboxes, we have version 1.14.30. I know that at certain points we have gotten beta updates. I know I've turned the beta program on and off at different times because the kids have
    had problems playing with friends online. I'm honestly not sure which consoles still get the beta updates and which don't. But the problem is across all of our consoles.

    Today I tried creating a new world to see if maybe it was just corruption in our current saves. It does the same thing. It looks like something is about to happen, then freezes and kicks me out to the Xbox One dashboard.

    I haven't tried a factory reset on any of the Xboxes yet, but it can't be a coincidence that it's doing the same thing across all accounts on three different Xboxes. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

    Minecraft World from Windows 10 to Xbox One

    It should work allowing you to import that file, especially if it doesn't give you an error. Usually after the import it will show up at the very bottom of the list of worlds, and appear to be "greyed" out initially. It will not populate the details (other
    than the name, I think) until you load the world up.

    And to clarify, the edition of Minecraft on the PC is either going to be the Java version or the Bedrock edition. The Xbox One version of Minecraft that is supported is the Bedrock edition. There is an Xbox One Edition of Minecraft that is different, and
    not compatible with the Bedrock edition on Xbox One or Windows 10; so I would recommend you double check and ensure that you're working in the same "edition".

    After importing it should appear in the list, but you might want to try to quit out of the app, restart your computer and try again. I've done that action and have not had any issues with it.

    You can use the Minecraft Realms standard or try the steps below first when transferring worlds.

    In Minecraft (Bedrock Version), select the Sync Old Worlds button at the bottom of the worlds list in the Play menu. This finds any worlds on the device from the Minecraft: PS4 Edition and displays them below the button.

    Select any of the worlds that are displayed to convert it to the Bedrock edition.

    After conversion, the world will show up above the Sync Old Worlds button, along with the rest of your Bedrock worlds.

    The problem is that you can't transfer a world directly from Xbox 360 Minecraft to the latest Bedrock edition of Minecraft. You need to transfer it through the Minecraft: Xbox One edition first.

    Basically you'll go from Minecraft: 360 Edition > Minecraft: Xbox One Edition > Minecraft (bedrock)

    A crazy amount of people have been experiencing issues with Minecraft recently. Today a lot of people noticed that xbox told them they dont own Minecraft. You may have to contact Mojang as they may be able to transfer your world.

    Hey man I know this will sound tough but if nothing is working like restarting the game or console if your at he point to giving up reinstall the game i know your kids or you will lose your worlds but if you sign back into your Minecraft account you can
