    I have tried every method in the book to resolve this issue. No progress. I'm not able to load any games or apps. Says game is loading or an error message each time.

    I'm experiencing the same issue. All of a sudden my games or apps won't load. I mean I was already going to get the new Xbox, they didn't have to force me out. Ironically enough, this happened to my original Xbox when Xbox One released.

    The game has just been released, so minor bugs are expected. Try closing it, restarting the console and launching it again. I'll drop in more tips if I experience the issue on my end.
    What do you mean by "the game has just been released"? T60 Power Armor is from Fallout. What Fallout game are you saying has just ben released?
