    Hi,

    I'm having problems linking my Xbox One / Microsoft account with my ResidentEvil.net account.

    ResidentEvil.net/7 is a site that tracks the gameplay stats of Resident Evil 7.

    When I click on sign in:

    I'm redirected to this URL

    https://login.live.com/err.srf?lc=1031#error=invalid_request&error_description=The+provided+value+for+the+input+parameter+'redirect_uri'+is+not+valid.+The+expected+value+is+'https://login.live.com/oauth20_desktop.srf'+or+a+URL+which+matches+the+redirect+URI+registered+for+this+client+application.

    And it says "We're unable to complete your request. Microsoft account is experiencing technical problems. Please try again later."

    My region is Europe / Germany.

    Hey Dexter!

    Hmm. Are you able to try linking things in a different browser and/or on a different device? Also, do you have two-step verification enabled? If so, try disabling it and attempting to link your account. You can re-enable it after it (hopefully!) works.

    Thanks for the reply! I disabled two-step verification but it didn't help. I did try different browsers and devices but it still didn't work. This trick worked though:

    1. Access RE7's Overview page with a Smartphone Browser and select "Sign in to Xbox LIVE".

    2. Select "Switch to PC Site" at the bottom of the screen.

    3. Select "Sign in".

    Then I've been able to link the accounts with no problem Can't link ResidentEvil.net with Microsoft account :)

    I purchased the Resident Evil Biohazard/Final Chapter Movie +Game Bundle a month ago and have not received the code for the movie. I have restarted my Xbox and I've removed my profile and added it back, and still have not received anything in my Microsoft
    messaging center. Any help?

    Hello, so whenever we have accounts from one platform linked to another, and we will delete the account that is with another linked account, it is interesting that you unlink them first and then do the process of deleting
    the account. For example, if I have my Xbox account linked to the Site Residentevil.net and
    i intend to delete my account from Residentevil.net, the first thing I should do is unlink my Xbox account, My Steam Account and my PSN account there then delete the account from the Residentevil.net, any platform you're going to delete from now on do this.

    Now a procedure you can try to do if you haven't tried is to grab your Xbox account and change something in your GT, and then try to link it into the new EA account and once linked, you go back to your Original GT, I believe
    you can do this for free in Change Gamertag

    Doesn't work. I changed my gamertag. Then I tried to link the EA account wit my microsoft account. "Microsoft account invalid". They banned my microsoft account.
