    Can’t link Microsoft account to Minecraft on console


    Hi,

    I accidentaly linked an incorrect Microsoft account to Minecraft on PS4, so I unlinked the the incorrect account in my profile settings.

    I have now tried to link the correct account - but I’m receiving an error after entering the 8 digit code to link the accounts. (I can sign in/out of this account normally) yet when trying to link in this specific Microsoft webpage I receive this error:

    “Message: AADSTS50020: User account *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***' from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant 'Microsoft' and cannot access the application '405e80fc-f8e6-40e6-b6b9-e5bcc7e6813e'(RedirectionUxProd)
    in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account.”

    I even tried linking the original account again but receive the same message.

    How to unlink microsoft accounts from the microsoft website that are connected to ps4,

    I can’t login to my ps4 minecraft account as it says its linked somewhere else.
    Even if you could unlink the account you wouldnt be able to link a different one.

    Per https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/articles/360037725571-Minecraft-for-PlayStation-FAQ

    Note: Once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PlayStation® account, neither the Microsoft account nor the PlayStation™ Network account can be associated with a different account. 

    If you choose to unlink accounts, then purchases will be returned to the account which made the purchase. Even after unlinking, Microsoft and PlayStation® accounts can only be re-linked to the original account.

    This is a Sony imposed restriction, not Microsoft/Xbox.

    Sorry to say but nope, your Minecraft username is linked to your Xbox profile.
    And any kind of content transfer between Microsoft accounts can’t be made

    Missing Microsoft account.

    Look i’m gonna be honest, i’m having a panic attack right now as i think i’ve just lost 6 years of my minecraft account. I migrated it to a microsoft account and I can’t remember any of the details to, I only know that it is linked to my email (that i have access to).

    It is either that problem or the fact that minecraft java is no longer on my account and i don’t know why?

    Yes I filled out that form and received an email back saying the information was not enough to recovery the account. The problem is Microsoft does not recognize Minecraft accounts and Minecraft can’t help with accounts because of the migration. I asked Microsoft if they can get us a Minecraft credit so he can download Minecraft again and create a new account but no response.

    Minecraft ipad Air keeps crashing when loading a new game

    I can’t believe this hasn’t been fixed yet. Just downloaded minecraft for my sister and created a microsoft account for her. The app keeps crashing. It can’t login to her account and crashes during log in. When I skip login it crashes in settings.

    I can’t believe the state this app is in... I don’t remember Minecraft being this unstable before it was under microsoft. There are reports from october and here I am months later still having the same problem...

    Latest ios version, latest minecraft version. The game is unplayable. Can’t believe you are asking money for this...

    Game only works with wifi turned off.
