Can't Like/Comment/share on activity feed

Hello I've had this issue since I bought the xbox one roughly 9 months ago. On the activity feed it will not let me like, comment, or share any videos. If I try to comment all it says is " We can't post your comment right now. Try again in a while." If I
try to share it says " Sorry, we can't share this right now. Try again in a while" There are no error codes with these messages. Is 9 months long enough or should I just keep waiting a while?

Seriously, if you can point me in the right direction on how to fix this issue It would be greatly appreciate. I've done dozens of hard resets and nothing has fixed this problem.

Edit: I just tried to comment/like/share on the activity feed on xbox.com and it does the same thing, it says "we can't send this right now, try again later"

Another thing - I cannot use my activity feed. It will say "Try again later" if I try to comment on something or share it.

Apologies for the delay on a response here. Let's see if we can narrow this down and get you back to accessing your Activity Feed normally. First, let's make sure you perform a full power cycle on the console by holding the power button for 10 seconds (or
until the power turns off). After the console powers off, wait 30 seconds and then power on an try using your Activity Feed normally.

If a power cycle doesn't help, let's have you try removing your profile and then add it back. To remove your profile, press the menu button while on the home screen and scroll to the right and select Remove Profile. Once your profile is removed, return to
the sign-in screen and add your profile back to the console.

If after removing your profile and adding it back doesn't help, the next step would be to take a peek into your Detailed Network Statistics. When you get a chance, visit Settings > Network > Detailed Network Statistics and post your network speeds and NAT
type here.

Yes me too I cant Like share or Comment on Other peoples stuff =( All started few days ago

 

And also game syncing taking longer than before

Clearly this problem isn't a world crisis, so Xbox id not going drop what they're doing to fix it. I've researched this issue and there is very little information about it. I only found people mentioning their own issue. It's obviously a glitch from the
new dashboard update. Please notify me if this is fixed I find it frustrating that I cannot share, like or comment on any of my friend's feed.

 

I try to share and it says try again in a while, if I like someone's post it resets or if I comment the comment doesn't even show up, this is annoying me now.. Seriously FIX ASAP.

Im am also having this issue but not just on my xbox but also on the xbox app on my windows 10 pc and accross other devices. please help!
