can't like,comment or share activities

for atleast a month now on xbox.com,the xbox app on windows 10 app & on my console i been unable to do these things listed above i get the same message whenn i do it says we can't share this now try again later would like to share things has anybody else
had this issue or no why its like this? thanks

Xbox Live Service Alert that we currently have up regarding leaderboards. Please keep an eye on that for updates about the leaderboard. If that is resolved and you are still running into this issue, please

Hey there. It sounds like this may be an issue with your privacy settings. You can manage them here:
account.xbox.com/Settings

If you are on a child account, you may have to have your parent sign in to change them

i have a custom account i have everything on allow & everybody ecept for my real name what would i have to look under?

Under Xbox One online safety, is Share Game Clips set to Allow? If so, try setting it to block, save it, then change to allow and save again. I don't know for sure that it's the privacy settings, but it seems like something account related since it's happening
in all 3 places

just that something went wrong sorry we can't share this right now try again later but like you said its an account issue i signed into an old account & was able to share & like with no issues

That's weird. I would try contacting support at
support.xbox.com/contact-us so they can look into your account.

I have been having the exact same issue since late April. I can't like, share, or comment on the friend's feed. I created a second gamertag for testing purposes and it works fine, so it's not my console or network. I'm told it's an error associated with
the Preview Program, so I opted out, however it's not fixed. Need assistance please

Other accounts function fine on my xbox, so I don't think it's xbox related.

Try performing a hard reset. Hold the power button for 10 seconds while the system is on. The system will turn off. Disconnect the power cord for 3 minutes as well. After several minutes plug it back in, then hit the power button again. It will start and
display the green start-up screen. All your data is preserved, but cache is cleared and some settings are reverted and log-in or game start issues should be resolved. To be thorough, I would also try signing out of your account then signing back in.
