Can't Level up

Now, seeing as this game is backwards compatible, can you tell me whether you're playing it on a 360 or a One?

Seems like an in-game related issue. I suggest you to contact the game developer through their support forums to report this issue.

I can't wait to level up past 14 - I was at that level the first day of the beta being released!

Step 1: Exit and restart your game:

I did all that and it didn't work. If I were to delete and reinstall the game, would I lose my progress and go back to level 1?
