Cant let my child account get permission for multiplayer

I got a family and me as adult is in and my second account of thats not old enough to be adult but now im trying to give it permission to play multiplayer games isnt working.

everytime when i allow it will automaticly disallow it.

You may need to change the date of birth associated with this account. That might be tripping the auto opt out

What exactly do you mean by "it will automatically disallow it"?

When making the settings for your kid, make sure you save the settings with the green "Indienen" button, before you change to a different top category (e.g. "Windows 10/Xbox One or Xbox 360).

Also, after you made those changes, your kid has to sign out and back in on the console, or restart the console for the changes to take effect.

Hi There,

It seems like your permissions are set to no multiplayer, do you perhaps have a child account and certain settings are set to strict? Check and see if you can play multiplayer on other games.

Yes i think i am a child account since i cant accees some things without permission
