Can't Leave Minecraft Beta!! Ambassadors please help!!!

I have tried everything I can to leave Beta version. I've been trying and retrying since December of last year. Mojang is no help to me at all and XBox support keeps sending me to different forums to post. I just got off the phone with them this go around and they said post here and ask an ambassador to remove me.

Please note, I have tried all 3 methods that are displayed in the xbox insider hub app under "cant leave beta?" I tried them all again and waited 3 hours. again and waited 6 hours. and again and waited 24 hours. Still in beta. In the app, when I click "Leave preview" the insider hub app closes and nothing happens. When I log back into insider I'm still enrolled and it says "leave preview" I click and it closes the app again. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app too and still same problems.

Please please please PLEASE would an ambassador please remove me from Beta??
