Can't Launch PC Game Pass games from any other drives other than my C: drive.

So I'm trying to play the new Forza Motorsport (which is 124GB), I've installed it to my 2TB D: drive where I store most of the big games I play, where it opens the launching game page, says loading game (7s) in the bottom left corner, then it just shuts down without any indication of why. I had this same issue with Snowrunner on Game Pass, where I originally downloaded it on my D drive, where it did the same thing, I moved the files onto my E Drive, where it didn't work and then onto my C drive and it worked perfectly. It's getting very frustrating trying to play games on PC game pass and games just not launching. My partner has the same issues as well.

For Context, I have 3 drives, C: is an 512GB M.2, D: is a 2TB HDD, E: is an 512GB M.2.

This is only for PC Game Pass Games, every other platform works perfectly.

Sorry if that didn't work out, can you try performing an In-place upgrade by following this guide created by PaulSey...

After performing this process and still having the same issue, I suggest for you to create a new windows user and sign in on this user and see if you will be able to launch the games on other drives.
