    I can't launch the Microsoft rewards app on my xbox one. Every time I try it, this error message shows up: "Your current market is not supported".

    Hello,

    I can't launch the Microsoft rewards app on my xbox one. Every time I try it, this error message shows up: "Your current market is not supported".

    I contacted customer support and all the problem is detailed there. This is the case ID:

    1438395463

    I would appreciate if the rewards team would take a look into this issue.

    Unfortunately for now Microsoft rewards is only available in select regions.

    there is a way to purchase it in a different way: The Microsoft Rewards program.

    Earn points every day and then you can get the subs with the Rewards points.

    I can't really remember the last time I've paid for my Game Pass Ultimate sub !

    Don't forget to use the Rewards app for Xbox and the mobile app to earn even more points.
