Can't launch MCC anymore

Discus and support Can't launch MCC anymore in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I own the MCC edition for a long time.     Can't launch MCC anymore


    I own the MCC edition for a long time. I've decided to play it again but after resintalling the game and applying the upgrade (35 Gb) i can't launch it anymore. Deleting and resintalling the game doesn't change anything.

    What can i do ?

    No games will install whatsoever. I get no error message, it simply just doesn't try to install at all. I have the basic Game Pass subscription for PC.

    I'm having the same issue! I can't start Master Chief Collection after the Halo 2 update. I uninstalled MCC and now I can't even reinstall MCC! other games seem to be fine starting the download but none of the Halo games work anymore.

    Yep! Did all that. That's why I'm here.

    Update: only Halo 2 and Halo CE Anniversary crash, Halo Reach just goes back to the Halo MCC splash page.

    Halo 3, ODST and 4 run fine.

    The Family Packs were deprecated with the launch of the One, you can't do that on the 360 anymore.
