    Can't launch Halo MCC


    I know this topic is well discussed but none of the dozens of help suggestions work.

    I have an AMD system - fairly new with AMD Ryzen 7 3800X and Radeon RX 5700 XT 50th Anniversary video card and a Rog Strix X570-E Gaming MB.

    When I tried reinstalling it it just hangs now.

    Issue 1 - Halo MCC crashes with following error (screen shot):

    Also it's showing an anti cheat incident "unknown file version" but even choosing the start up bypassing anti cheat, it still crashes.

    Problem 2 - I'm getting a weird green compass overlay on the games that do work. I have no idea how this is happening or why. (screen shot)

    It shows up in my Bards Tale IV as well.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Yep! Did all that. That's why I'm here.

    Update: only Halo 2 and Halo CE Anniversary crash, Halo Reach just goes back to the Halo MCC splash page.

    Halo 3, ODST and 4 run fine.

    Halo MCC. What a disaster of a launch. As a long time Halo fan it was a real let down.

    one of my game litterally just disappear

    I had it then one time i deleted it to make some place for another game but when i came to reinstall Halo MCC it was just gone, nowhere to be found, even when i go on the Xbox Store and type Halo, the only result i get is: halo 5, halo wars 2, etc but no
    MCC at all, and i even have Halo MCC Insider installed on my Xbox right now, but everytime i try to launch it just don't
