Can't Launch Games or Apps after update today 6/4

Have you tried a power cycle? Hold the power button on the console while it is on for 10 seconds until it turns off, unplug from the mains for around 3 minutes. Plug it back in, boot it up and see if that fixes the issue.

you could try restarting your xbox but if that doesnt work you could try searchin up the error code

and trying to use its fixed suggestions

I don't know where else I can post this, but after the last insider update for ring 4, I can't launch games, I keep falling back to the dashboard no matter what I try.

Update 3: I found out the problem and a fix for it, well sort of fix.
The problem was that I can't launch games/apps while downloading/installing another game, app, or update. The problem also works both ways, meaning that you can't download/install a game, app, or update while playing a game or using an app.
Like what I described in my "Update 2" post. The fix, sort of,
is to pause or finish the download, then try relaunching the game/app you wanted to use. It should launch after the first or second try. This is the only thing I found that showed results. The problem is still there, but at least there's a workaround.
I hope Microsoft releases a patch to fix this problem, not sure why launching and downloading a game/app at the same time would cause such a problem and vice-versa, but it's been about two weeks.

I have the same problem,I think it might be due to the game needing an updated, when I checked my updates in my games and apps there was none however I do recall there being around 17 games that need an update, I tried launching one of the games offline
and it launched fine however it says the game requires an update to play online but I can't update I can't see it in the update tab and when I launch the game it doesn't give the message saying it needs an update.
