Cant launch games on Xbox App - PC

I have already installed and played the games on my account but now whenever I try to launch a game it redirects me to the Microsoft Store to something called "Gaming Services" that I already have installed.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the App.

I have logged out and logged back in.

I have restarted my PC.

Is there anything I can do to fix this?

I cant play any games, pls help.

Hello ^^

you need to start the xbox app on windows, in the app you see a number of icons on the left that is youre owned/gamepass games. from there you can start them and install them. so: search - xbox - start xbox app and then select the games you want to play

Let's try another method.

Please, install the Xbox PC app and launch the cloud games from there:

https://www.xbox.com/apps/xbox-app-for-pc

Select the Cloud Gaming tab and launch a game.

Download the Xbox Game Pass for PC | Xbox app on PC. Launch app, sign in and enjoy.

When you try to launch any game via the Xbox app on the PC it will ask to connect a controller prior to launching.
