Can't launch games [Not normal]

This is different than anything I've experienced. So on April 5 (Sunday), I was playing a game (digitally downloaded), and it crashed. I reset my Xbox, but I still couldn't play it. Next thing I know I can't launch any of my games, digital or not. I took
out and put back in the disc for one of my games, it launched, but when I was done with career mode, I backed out and it crashed again (or something else?). I've tried to uninstall and reinstall my games, clear local saved games, hard reset, factory reset,
everything, but nothing works. Keep in mind this is on my fairly new Xbox One X (that I got around December). I can't seem fix it no matter what I do, and I'm frustrated, because this is my new Xbox. Everything else on my Xbox seems to be fine, but it's just
that my games will not launch. Any help?

if you have tried the factory reset (with removal of any games) and the same thing same things even for freshly downloaded games (or demos) then I suggest contacting Xbox Support via Phone (or Chat) via
http://support.xbox.com/contact-us to see if they have any further steps to try.

If all fails then the only option would be to set up a repair request for the console.

My favourite item is the countdown clock for the launch on the Xbox One in 2013 that was on display in a local EB Games store here in Canada. It's the little things that you can't normally buy that I value the most.

Only problem I have experienced in the OP is the sound turning off. There seems to be something with party chat and the sound. Can't quite pinpoint it, but there definitely is a bug. Occasional kick out of a game, but that's normal for games that just launched.
Can't get into any SA games. Other than that, great game and runs smooth.

Got a draw full of launch/near launch games that im going to take tomorrow that would normally get hardly anything. Great deal for a change from game.
