    Can't launch games ive purchased.


    Recently moved into my girlfriends, brought my xbox but removed a few profiles from the xbox itself. Now, ive purchased a few games before, i can't play anymore ( DLC was removed, or i purchased all the dlc myself ) both were digital
    downloads, so no physical copy.

    Wondering how i can correct these issues, as naturally, id like to play the games.

    try clearing the cache of the console by holding down the power button for 10 seconds.

    Feels like I'm playing on a 5yo PC

    Theres issues with every game at launch, but factoring in the sheer content and what they accomplished we can't complain too much. Best game ive played in last 5 year imo

    Sniper Elite 5 doesn't launch on Xbox app

    Hello,

    All the other game exept forza and sniper elite have no problemo to launch.

    Ive follow the troubleshoot but it dosen't do anything.

    And ive seen on reddit that EAC error come from the fact that xbox game app restrict the game by encrypt them so EAC (EOC because thats the free version) can't access the game

    I cannot find the Minecraft DLC I purchased in Minecraft. I checked everywhere else and I shows I own it but I cannot open it in Minecraft

    I have the same issue, I've just purchased through Xbox app on pc, when I launch the game I can't find it anywhere and in game marketplace is asking me to purchase it.
