Cant launch games from game pass.

Thanks for coming to the forums. The game Forza do you own it or playing through game pass? If you own it, you can launch it from the store or create shortcut to launch from desktop. The Xbox beta app is needed if you are playing game from the Xbox game
pass.

is it that you cant launch ANY disk games or just one?

if its any disk game, try to hard reset your xbox by holding the power button down for 10 seconds. Listen to see if you hear any grinding noises, it could be a problem with the disk drive.

Your console could simply need some servicing.

Are you getting an error? or the console is not recognizing the disc at all? Try to power cycle your Xbox by holding the power button for a few seconds until it restarts.

First you'll need to uninstall the Xbox app. Afterwards, try this;

- Windows Key+X > Click Settings > Click Update & security > Click Troubleshoot > Scroll down to the bottom > Click Windows Store Apps > Click Run the Troubleshooter

- Restore the store settings:

a) Press the Windows + R keys to open the Run window.

b) Type wsreset.exe and press the Enter key to execute the command.

- Wait for the process to finish, restart your computer, reinstall the app and try again and see if it works.

I have tried the above and it has not worked. It won’t even let me sign in now just says, something went wrong please try later.

Is there something else I can do?
