Can't launch Gamepass games on PC, Shows 0x803F8001 error across several titles.

It's what it says in the title.

I recently resubscribed to Xbox Game Pass for PC for the launch of FH5, And decided to pick up some other games as well.
All of them show the same error message: "[game title] is currently not available in your account. Make sure you are signed in to the Store and try again. Here’s the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001"

I have tried a lot of troubleshooting methods; using wsreset, Logging out and Signing in again both in MS Store and Xbox, Reinstalling the games, The Troubleshooting app, and of course the good old Turning it off and on again.

What am i missing here? I'm really looking forward to playing FH5 on release, plus Minecraft along with friends, So at the very least i want to know why i can't beyond an error message with close to no meaning outside of the error code.

Thank you for directing this post here, It contains some methods that i hadn't thought of/hadn't found before, I somehow missed it even searching for the specific error code.

The methods haven't worked, But i have a suspicion about what might be the issue.
On my way attempting to fix the error, i went onto my Xbox account and changed my region/country to my actual location (Chile), Thinking that maybe that'd be the reason why the games wouldn't register as owned as i had paid for the subscription in CLP (national currency).

Upon seeing the solutions in the post, i believe this not being set to the united states may be to blame, though i can't fix it now that i have changed it as region changes are made to be set at least 3 months apart. I'll try contacting support on a more direct way to fix this, as i don't think there would be a way for an user to override the restrictions alone.

Just a quick question - Why does this happen now? I had been perfectly able to play Game pass titles while having Chile set as my region not too long ago. Did something change about verification? Is Game pass just not available here anymore? I'd love to know.

Unfortunately I don't have the answers to that. But support should be able to clear this up for you.

I think you missunderstand how xgu works

The pc gamepass smt the same as xboxes so upgrading to xgu will severely affect you

And your library

The gamepass for pc has mostly pc titles with very very few play anywhere titles

But xgu is meant for console which includes gold with mostly console titles with playanywhere titles for pc amd lacks many of the pc titles from gamepass for pc
