Can't launch game acquired through 'Games with Gold'

Gold is only required to play online on the console. It wouldn't cause you to lose access to any games unless you acquired the games through Games with Gold.

Some games is not available in all regions. As the required licence rights was not acquired at the initial launch of the game.

We are also not able to "claim" the Games with Gold game of Bolt in my country, South Africa.

Was this acquired through mod? Because most capes are acquired through mods and others are acquired through events. It may or may not be available once you buy the game depending on how you acquired the cape.

Hi, I don't believe that Games with Gold will show up in your order history, but the ones you have acquired for Xbox One should show up on your "My Games" page
within the Xbox One section.

As previously mentioned, if you got an Xbox One game through the Games with Gold, that game would be yours to play while your Xbox Live Gold subscription remains active, but you wouldn't be able to play it without an active subscription. (Xbox 360 and original
Xbox games acquired through Games with Gold, on the other hand, are yours to keep even if the subscription expires.)
