Can't launch Forza Horizon 5

Hi Everyone/anyone

I purchased Forza horizon 5 from the store as a preorder. I can't get past the initial playground games launch screen. I got no on screen error messages but in he event log I can see different error codes at different times, I was getting 0xc000001d but now get 0xc000005. I have been through the entire help section from Forza on this issue with no resolution, the only thing it might be is my laptop (Acer Predator Triton 300) is locked in a acer power mode with no other options available.

I have also upgraded to windows 11.

I am reasonably computer literate and can use cmd etc but this is getting beyond my skill level.

I seen some people say that "Quake Champs" and "Forza" crash for similar reasons

in other words , I can get Quake Champs and run it see what happen
(that people says Quake Champs will give you the error code , it's easier to find what makes it crash)

so I just download Quake Champs and start it

and it get the exactly same situation on Quake Champs with forza

no error code , no game , no nothing

using some CPU、disk、RAM at first

few secends later, it stop using CPU、DISK

only using some RAM in the last

and more few second later the .exe close , nothing happen

the only thing i won't try is rebuild system

and yes , the only game can't work on my pc is forza horizn 5

about option B

because I use CSM not UEFI , so I can't update to windows 11

I build this PC with all new hardware 2 years ago(new system)
(GPU 3080 + CPU 10700K + 32G RAM)

just can't use UEFI . it can't get in to windows ,I don't know why

so I use CSM , and my pc work just fine

again, all games work fine except forza

Now, I would like to clarify that option B isn’t the regular Windows update.

Regarding option C, yes. You’re going to start from the scratch
