Can't launch Destiny on Xbox 360!

Good afternoon. Purchased today at a discount of Destiny Collector's Edition for Xbox 360(digital version, not on disk). In the description it was stated that, in addition to the Expantion Pack 1-2, The Taken King and other bonuses included is the game itself.
After purchase, the console application appeared Collector's Edition, which, after the launch, issued a statement:

1)press A on your controller

2)install the Expantion Pack 1-2

3)after installation exit the app Collector's Edition, and run Destiny from the library

But there is one small BUT - in my library Destiny not added! And out of the store with Xbox 360 to download it is not possible. As I'm in this situation to be? Thanks in advance for your help.

Can't launch Destiny on Xbox One

Hi!

Make sure you have available space on the storage HDD. Also try to clear the console cache by holding down the power button for 10 secs and try again. If it does not work you will need to uninstall the game and reinstall it.

 

Destiny... Not in Japan

So I see that Xbox One in Japan might not be getting a release of Destiny. The X1 launches in Japan on September 4 but on September 11 when Destiny launches in Japan no love for Xbox.. No 360 or X1 version. Seems it could have been a good title to have right
around launch to sell consoles.

Can you please double check your install progress to make sure the game is still not installing? It's fairly large and may take a while to do so.

If it is not there then which country do you live in and is your gamertag set to the same country?

 

Not sure I quite understand You correctly, that don't understand English well(especially with Google Translator), but Yes - in addition to the Expantion Pack nothing is installed(from both Expantion Pack only installs 2nd)

The game itself is not installed.

And Xbox profile is sort of tied to the country where I live(Russia)

 

Ok, if the game is not installed then go to My Games and Apps then Ready to Install to download the base game.

 

I would be happy to download Destiny, but also the Collectors Edition app, where I offer to download the Expantion Pack 1(after 1% of installation constantly fails) and 2(installs fine), I have nothing more to install and most Destiny in the My games and
apps NO! =(

 

That's all I got after purchase. The app itself is Collector's Edition, Expansion I and II. The base game in the library has not received.
