Cant launch app

i recently installed windows 10 and been trying to stream and record my party chat but cant sign in to the app it just keeps on saying we cant sign you in. please try again later error code 0x409 please xbox support help the community.

xBOX Music Player App in Win8 wont connect

I recently upgraded my laptop to Win 8. When I launch the music app it cant connect to xBOX. I have internet access. I recently added an xBOX 360. I subscribe to xBOX Music Live and an xBOX family account. On the laptop the Video app launches and connects.

 

Spent $500 for a system that's supposed to replace all my other equipment, yet it won't play a 3D DVD?

They also said the HGO Go app was going to be released shortly after launch.

They said it would be able to stream - it cant. "Play To" is a push not streaming from the console.

Heck, you cant even send a voice message to your friends anymore.

This turd was NOT ready for launch.

 

Same thing here! Except the error code happens whenever I open the Xbox app.
