Cant launch anything but a game on Xbox One

I just bought my Xbox one and downloaded ESOTU and MKX. When I try to launch any other app like Netflix or Xbox Market, It tells me The item Appears corrupt and gives me Error code 0x80070570 what do I do to fix it?

Frozen spinning home screen

hello all

my XBOX ONE is stuck at the home screen with two spinning circles on each side. I can move the clicker but cant launch anything or sign in.

Live tried a lot to fix it. If anyone has anything that can help. Please let me know

 

Game won't launch

I finished downloading rainbow six siege and now the game won't launch. if I select the game it makes the noise like when you click anything on xbox one but it never even attempts to launch the game.

 

Before you do that, I would try a power cycle by holding the Xbox logo on the front of your console for about 10 seconds until it fully shuts down. Turn it back on and try again. If that doesn't work, then try to uninstall and reinstall

 

I did that now it wont work period

 

I would definitely contact Microsoft support and stress to them the difficulties this is causing you. I have never heard of seen anything like this. The last thing I can offer you to do would be to 1. Go to settings 2. System 3. Restore factory defaults.
I'm not sure if this erases anything but this is the last thing I'd advise trying then if it doesn't work after I would contact Microsoft support.

 

Now it gives me the start up screen then black nothingness, I tried the troubleshooting and manual update steps but it wont work and Im getting very angry

 

You try to press buttons at the black screen? Listen to see if u hear any noise like your navigating but your screen is black.

 

Make sure there's no disc in your console and turn it off again by holding the logo. Wait 30 second and try again. If that doesn't work, turn it off that way again, and unplug all cords from your console for 5 minutes and try again.

This sounds like a problem with an update, so try the offline diagnostic tool again if that doesn't work. If that fails again, hold the logo to turn off your console, make sure there's no disc in, hold the logo and eject buttons until it beeps. This resets
display settings.
