Can't launch any games!

Hi, I was playing Assassins creed origins and suddenly the game kicked me out and came up with a message: The person who bought this needs to sign in. It was me who bought it???? I go to the store and it says I own the game. I have tried different games,
rebooted my console, rebooted my router, deleted my account and signed back in. Don't know what else to do? Apps like Netflix are woking.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

uninstall and reinstall the profile. Most likely there is a corrupt file causing the issue.
