Can’t launch any games from game pass pc

Do you get any error messages when trying to start games?

See if these steps help you, please.

Press the Windows Button then type Services.

Right-click over the Services App from the list of results.

Then select Run as Administrator

Scroll to the bottom and find the following services:

IP Helper

Xbox Live Auth Manager,

Xbox Live Game Save,

Xbox Live Networking Service.

Do this with each of the services listed above.

Right-click over the service and select Properties.

Find the Startup type section and make sure it’s set to Automatic.

If the service isn’t started, click Start to start the services.

Click Apply and OK to save changes.

Then try the games again.

Resolved by uninstalling everything having to do with Xbox then cleaning registry from all references then reinstalling.

BTW the official support page says, "use web chat" 24/7 but when the only button is selected it takes you to callback and forums. Callback is closed. In never actually takes you to a web chat even though that's the states 24/7 option on the contact us page.

That is even more frustrating than the app failing to load properly.

Yes. I did all the easy stuff like reinstalling, making sure everything updated, making sure windows is updated, reinstalled the Xbox app, all that type of stuff.

I'm out of ideas of what to suggest other than doing a clean install of Windows. I like to burn the Windows ISO to a flash drive, boot to the flash drive, and install the new copy of Windows after formatting the drives.
