zainabkt you can uninstall and download as many times as you like the game is yours for ever, For now just keep an eye on the alert, If you do need to uninstall and download again if the game requires an update you will be asked to update now yes or no choose
no the game will download a bit faster once its done when you want to start the game you will be asked to update then do that, Lets hope they get this issue sorted sorry its been a bad start for you good luck.

Still can't get in to the multi-player games that I paid a fortune for but wait your gonna send me a computer generated message telling me all services are available, But guess what here we are, With me sending this to you. Tried unplugging, resetting

Well people I never jump on the negativity bandwagon but I have to agree with you people this time. I sat down last night to continue my Netflix series I was looking forward to after a crappy day at work. Low and behold nothing was working!

Had a strong network connection but everything was down! Even my dashboard was missing half of everything. I looked and could see they was having problems so I thought I would toss in a Blu-ray movie and even that wouldn't work!

I am disappointed they don't "try" to make it right. I've been with Microsoft since there inception with the original Xbox and always seem to be defending them with friends. Can't say I will be doing that anymore. Just disappointing

 

I am trying to watch a blu ray with my family and it keeps telling me there is something wrong with the network connection or to insert a disk. 1. There is a disk in there and 2. Since there is a disk it shouldn't have a thing to do with the network connection.
I have done all of the trouble shooting. I even restarted my wireless router and still nothing works. So if there is anything useful you could tell me other than the page where I can see that nothing is changing by all means. Enlighten me.

Just wanted to drop by and let you know that should now be able to access your games. Please give that a try and if you're still having issues perform a power cycle on your Xbox One by holding down the power button for 10 seconds (or until your Xbox One
powers off) and try again.

I need to know if this has a possibility of happening in the future. I wasn't able to play my digital games while offline last night. If I can't be guaranteed that function, it's going to be strictly physical discs from now on.
