Can't launch ANY games (0x87de2713)

I've had the same thing since 2 in the afternoon.. Its now 1:20 am.. Is that enough time for them to fix it? I guess. Not....

 

i was a PlayStation gamer for years many years untill there were problems and they would do nothing to help no reply to emails forums or even take my call so I came back to Xbox I used to have the first one and it was great but I came back because I remember
when there were *** near zero problems ever. This is pissing me off itll it's not one thing it's another one of the largest companies out there and can't seem to keep the *** working right I fell 100% ripped off and I'm sick of it can't even cal anyone to
get help because no one working right now. All I want to do is sit back relax at home and play my *** video games but *** near every week to every other week I am calling and asking to get something fixed your systems have turned to complete junk won't even
let me play offline trying to say my only Xbox one is not my home Xbox I have had it for two years no other Xbox here so WTF *** needs to quit breaking and work like promised because the older systems always worked perfectly so either *** stays fixed after
it gets fixed or you all need to *** down as a company it's sad honestly

 

ohhh i feel like crying microsoft y this on the first day of purchase please auto fixit even if u hav to remotly get into my x1 i hav set it to home already n now even forza6 wont launch

 

It's been 12hrs not 1hr stupid spell check computer .

 

MS is either blissfully ignorant of the issue, or ignorant of how to fix it.

...Or both. Since this isn't even the first time XBL has had significant issues in the past week the latter is most likely true. The former may also be true based on how long the issue has been going on in this most recent case.

 

Should have bought PS4 if this ever happened to them they would give a credit to everyone just a simple sorry we *** up here is a free game, but i bet xbox will not do that and that is why i will not buy the next console they sell and as soon as have enough
money i am going to be going over to sony and spending my money on that...

 

It's been since 6 pm est that I can't get onto xbox live 22by of February. Says that I need to be online but my Internet works. Says it's on their end but really it's been near 1hr and nothing has changed come on.

 

its true i piked up tis console yesterday becus it has som of the best exclusives forza 6 is so awesum but i only got to play for 15minutes now i luk like a joke in my home becus my platform service is yet to be fixed

 

haha. Really DragonSamurai? pretty much going to say "I'm sorry we're all experiencing massive system crippling issues. what you should do is spend an extra $40-60 annually on the product for additional services that may or may not work"

Man, great advice. I know it would make me feel much better if I were a brand new customer.

 

.... I preordered Far Cry Primal digitally for the soul purpose of getting off work n playing it at midnight only to be dissapointed... Not to mention I'm in a Madden league n being that I own that digital as well, that won't even load up... Could've saved
60 bucks n waited to get a hard copy for cheaper from Amazon. I've always enjoyed XBox but issues like this are definitely a downer...

 

(0x87de2727) Haven't been able to get on Destiny ALL day. :/ Good thing I have a bit of patience left otherwise the lack of my insomnia solution might make me postal. lol I guess the bad part is my husband and I both have xbox one and a tv, side by
side and his is working... mine is not. Go figure, what a difference a few feet makes.

 

I guess most of my frustration is my own fault. I use MS's all in one machine to run all my entertainment through it. So now when it goes down, which has happened all too frequently in the past 2 years I'm left without any entertainment on my Tv. Had the
360 not been such a solid machine with stellar services I could rely on I would have expected the Xbone to turn out like this. But then again I've owned an Xbone since day one, so this type of outage should no longer surprise me, and as I started out, at this
point it's my own fault.

Any idea when this should be fixed? unable to log in to ARK: Survival Evolved or even use Netflix, started randomly last night as soon as I logged off Ark and went onto Netflix, error code (0x8027025a). It did say it was on Xbox end, even then I tried fiddling
around with Xbox and router.
