    Can't launch any digital games


    Hi, i cant launch any digital games on the series X, i get bumped straight back to the home page.

    Ive followed all the troubleshooting steps with no success. Disc games work fine on solo and i can download from the game pass.

    Any help please?

    Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
    Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
    Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you are having issues launching games. We recommend to

    uninstall and reinstall     the profile. Most likely there is a corrupt file causing the issue.

    As you can't pre-order digitally yet, the game won't come with the pre-order content if you buy digitally.

    Microsoft does tend to have any pre-order offers available after launch though (3 months at the latest) but you would have to buy that as an extra rather than get it free.
