can't launch any app or game

Hey,

It's been about 2 months since I have this problem. But it got worse:

My xbox is unable to launch a game or an application. it tells me that the loading took too much time. Before, I restart my xbox by pressing the button for 5 seconds, and that solved the problem temporarily. But now even after a Clear Cache, she can still launch
a game.
Someone would have a solution?

Hi Yasahlro,

Thanks for coming to the forums with your issue. We recommend trying a
soft factory reset. When doing this make sure you have a stable internet connection. Also, know the credentials to the profiles on the Xbox console, as it will remove them. It will not get rid of save data unless you solely play offline.
