Can’t launch a game and possibly hard drive issues

So I did a factory default reset and I’m wondering where a lot of my games are...

Half of the 83 games I had installed I owned and I don’t see a lot of them..

Help please?

Did you connect to Xbox Live before resetting your console?

First of try a Physical power cycle /reset and see if that makes a difference.

If it does not, then you may want to consider your options to perform a factory default reset.

If you are looking at a hard drive failure, you will need to get in touch with Device service and replacement.

Yes It was connected to Xbox Live before reseting it.

I also press the option: “Reset and keep my Games and Apps”

There is a possibility that there is either a connection issue with your external hard drive or somehow the external drive is corrupted. One possible solution is to uninstall the game and then reinstall the game. Try installing the game on only the internal Xbox hard drive to see if that fixes the problem. Also, try launching other games on your external hard drive to see if how those games are functioning normally.
