Cant join xbox live parties could you please help me

Im having the same issue now my xbox is telling me that im connected to the internet but all services are unavailable. IDK how to fix it.

first thing to try is a power cycle, please try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait until the power supply light turns and remains orange for at least 30 seconds before powering on again:

Why would there be an issue when you start an xbox live party that with certain people you just cant join their party and they cant join yours, but if someone else creates the party room, everyone can join and chat. We have set and checked everything possible,but
no luck.

same problem last night when trying to start a party with a friend and neither one of us could join and would eventually get a cant connect to host message but NAT was good for both and he could accept other invites for games and parties. wtf please help
