    Dear Reader

    im trying to join the xbox ambassadors program

    and i pass all the requirements, except for the one wich is

    having a active gold subscription

    while the system thinks i do not meet this requirement

    i asked support to confirm if i have a active gold membership and they told me i got a 1 month gold

    running on my account till 27-1-2017

    so now i cant join ambassadors and help out gamers!

    i hope this problem gets resolved soon

    Can't apply?

    i would like to join the Xbox ambassadors program, but it says that I don't meet the age or Xbox Gold requirement, which is not true. How can I fix this?

    i just bought xbox live

    so i just bought 1 month xbox live gold membership from xbox forums and now when im going to my xbox i cant join on parties or play on xbox live.

    on here, forums it says iam gold-member but i dont have a idea what is problem. plz i need help

    Can't Join Ambassador Program?

    You must also meet all of the other requirements to join the Ambassador program.

    You must be at least 13 or older.

    You must have no policy enforcement taken on your account.

    Have a valid Xbox live gold membership.

    And you should receive an email saying if you were accepted into the ambassador program or not.
