cant join WW2 but many potential games available?

with an open NAT type, passes multiplayer test. But I just sit in the lobby for like 1/2 an hour and never do get in a game? It worked last night fine, today, nothing. No errors, just never joins a game. I just upgraded from xbox360 to xboxoneS. I don't
use the mic or talk, just like to play. I'm ex-navy, not a kid. Any suggestions please?

Havent been able to load ww2 all day. Uninstalled and redownloaded it. Even got a new game. The xbox 1 plays all other games but not ww2 at all. I thought maybe an outage but i cant join my family online and they have been playing with no problem.

 

Ww2 headquarters is empty again. Cannot join a game

This is what i do when i cant load in to a game i first unplug the power cord from the back of the xbox and reset you router i have had to do this as well

With other games there are the same problems?

Try clearing the console cache by holding down the power button for 10 secs. Then, turn off the router for at least 30 secs and turn it on again. Turn on the console and launch a

network test.

 

It depends on what game type you like to play. Try using regular team deathmatch. Other game modes (such as hardcore team deathmatch) i found make me sit in the lobby for like ever.
