Can't join the Xbox One Insider program

I cannot join the Xbox One Insider Program and when I was younger I wrote a false age and now that I turned 18 I fixed it and set it to the correct age but i'm still locked as a child account. Both my main account and the one I used as a parent account it
says I must be over the age of 18 though, they both are. I need help fixing both accounts or redirecting to someone who could help me.

Can't join the insider program

part of the requirements of the insider programs is that you can't have enforcement actions on your account within the past year and that's a hard rule you are going to have to wait out your year from the expiry date of the suspension

it don't matter

You cannot change the age of an account once set

Your parental account must be gold and no enforcement action within a year

Also has to be an Xbox live account so no using an parental email won't change your status you must use itnas an active account in order to apply

Also there is a very long waiting list and you aren't garentee a spot

Hi

If you are looking to test new versions of the Xbox One dashboard on your console then you should join the Xbox Insider program and this will allow you help with testing the new console software updates.

To join the insider program download the Xbox Insider Hub app on your console and enrol your console through the app, Once you have joined the program when your XP level and tenure are high enough you will be able to join the beta tier of the program.
