Can't join Rewards due to age

I have already corrected my age in MS account , and yet my attempt to join Rewards is still not working.

We're Sorry.
Unfortunately, you can't join Xbox Live Rewards at the moment. It's strictly because of your age. We hope you will join once you are eligible to participate!

is my account with Gold subscription, and would like this account to join Rewards as well.

What else should I do to have this account join the Rewards program?

Can't join Xbox Rewards

I am trying to join Xbox Live Rewards but it says I can't join because of my age. I am over 13 why can't I join. I don't live in Norway.

Unfortunately, you can't join Xbox Live Rewards at the moment. It's strictly because of your age.

I am 20 years old. When I try to join it says,

"Unfortunately, you can't join Xbox Live Rewards at the moment. It's strictly because of your age. We hope you will join once you are eligible to participate!"

The age to join in America is 13, why can't I Join.

It takes us up to 96 hours to process any new information. We still see that you are too young to join our program. Since you have to be at least 13 years of age to join, you are seeing this error message. Once we receive your updated information, you should
be able to register as normal.

Since you are beneath the minimum age requirement for your region (13), you cannot join the Rewards program.

Due to legal requirements across the regions in the Xbox Live Rewards program, which forbid including minors in promotional content, the minimum age requirement for our program is 13.
