    Xbox rewards cost

    Hello pecanrosie,

    There is no cost to join the Xbox Live Rewards program. An active Gold membership is not a requirement for this program.

    Can't Join XBOX live reward

    I am in United states but when i try to join xbox live rewards i get below message.

    Unfortunately, you can't join Xbox Live Rewards right now. It's strictly because the program is not available in your country. Check back often as new countries are being added to the program.

    According to the information on your Microsoft Account, you are not yet 13 years old, and therefore cannot join the program.
